How Trident handles
your information.

1. Who we are

Trident Swim Academy LLC (“Trident,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is preparing to offer swim instruction in Greater Boston, with a focus on Middlesex County and nearby communities. This notice applies to our website and connected pre-launch interest form.

2. Information you provide

When you contact us or join the interest list, we collect the information you submit, such as your contact name and email, child or adult lesson interest, swimmer ages, preferred town or area, and scheduling availability. You may also provide a phone number, lesson-format preferences, referral source, or additional notes.

We may also hold information you previously shared through an earlier version of the interest form, such as swimmer names, household details, swimming experience, and goals. We use that information for the inquiry and planning purposes described below.

The interest form is not a payment or medical-intake form. Please do not submit payment-card numbers, bank details, passwords, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

3. How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to you; understand interest in locations, schedules, ages, and formats; plan our launch; manage the interest list and first-month offer; and communicate about lesson options, facility announcements, tuition, and enrollment. We also use information as reasonably needed to operate and secure our systems and meet applicable business or legal obligations.

4. Website and form providers

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The interest form is hosted on Google Forms, and responses are stored in a linked Google Sheet. Those providers process information to deliver their services and may receive technical information such as IP addresses, device or browser details, and access times. Their own privacy notices also describe their data practices.

We do not collect payments or offer a customer login on this pre-launch website. If we introduce app access, enrollment, or payment services, we will update relevant notices to reflect those services.

5. Sharing, advertising, and sale of information

Trident does not sell personal information collected through this pre-launch website or interest form. We may disclose information to service providers supporting our website, forms, storage, and communications; to professional advisers when reasonably necessary; or where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect safety or legal rights.

We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral advertising, or session-replay tools on this pre-launch website. Links to third-party services, including the Google review page, take you to services with their own privacy practices.

6. Children’s information

The website and form are directed to parents, legal guardians, and adult swimmers. Parents or guardians may provide information about minor swimmers. Children under 13 are not intended to submit information directly through this website or form. If we learn that a child under 13 independently submitted personal information without appropriate parental involvement, we will review the situation and take appropriate steps, including deletion where appropriate.

7. Email and telephone contact

We may use the contact information you provide to respond to your inquiry and share related Trident launch, program, scheduling, and enrollment information. You can ask us to stop promotional emails by contacting Colby@TridentSwimAcademy.com or using an unsubscribe option provided in the message.

Submitting the form is not consent to recurring promotional text-message marketing. Any future promotional text program will use a separate consent and opt-out process as required.

8. Retention and security

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, launch planning, program administration, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the business and the information handled. No website, form, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices

You can contact us about information you or your family submitted, request a correction, ask for deletion where appropriate, or ask to stop promotional communications. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or legitimate recordkeeping reasons.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this notice when our services or data practices change. The current version will show its update date.
