The interest form opens in Google Forms. It is an expression of interest, not a payment or registration form.
Your contact details & swimmers
Your name and email, whether you are asking about lessons for children ages 3–12, teens ages 13–17, or adults ages 18+, and swimmer ages.
Your area & availability
Your town or preferred area, and the days and times that could work for lessons.
Optional information
Use the form’s required-field markers as your guide. Questions without a required marker can be skipped; share additional details only where they are useful to your inquiry.
Opens the real Google Form in a new tab. Please have a parent or legal guardian complete the form for a minor swimmer; adult swimmers can complete it for themselves.
Please do not submit payment details, sensitive medical information, IEPs, 504 Plans, evaluations, or other sensitive records through the public interest form. If more information would help with instruction, Trident will discuss an appropriate way to share it separately. Read our Privacy Notice for how inquiry information is handled.
Family savings beyond the first month
A 10% discount is available for each additional eligible family member after the introductory month, while enrolled together. The highest-priced eligible enrollment stays at regular tuition.

You can express interest for more than one swimmer: children ages 3–12, teens ages 13–17, and adults ages 18+. You can also share interest in future under-3 programming.
We review the interest shared.
Location, lesson format, ages, and availability help us understand what families, teens, and adult swimmers need.
You receive launch updates.
We will share the facility, schedule, and enrollment information as those details are confirmed.
Lesson options come before enrollment.
We will discuss starting levels and available options, with final tuition confirmed before you enroll. The interest form does not reserve a lesson space.
Trident plans to use rolling enrollment rather than fixed seasonal sessions once formal enrollment opens.
